Customer Service Executive (Service Centre)

Responsibilities:

    1. Handle face-to-face customers' enquiries and requests related to commercial mobile products and services in professional manner

    2. Provide high level of personalized customer care and build long-term relationship with commercial customers

    3. Promote and cross-sell commercial mobile products and services

    4. Provide data backup and transfer service to customers with strong sense of data privacy

    5. Monitor stock count process to ensure stock accuracy

    6. Verify update of customer information

Requirements:

    1. Fresh graduate or school cert holder with 2 years sales and customer services experience in retail shop

    2. Strong interest in mobile products and services

    3. Knowledge of mobile products and services is an advantage

    4. Experience in telecom/consumer electronic is highly preferred

    5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    6. Proactive and customer-oriented
