1. Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines;
2. Minimum 1 year customer service experience mainly gained from front-line customer interaction, hospitality or property management industry;
3. Customer focused with a pleasant, positive and outgoing personality;
4. Good communication skills in English and Chinese, preferably Mandarin also;
5. Able to work independently and handle shift duties;
6. Immediate available is a definite advantage.
