General Clerk/ Customer Service

Responsibilities:

    1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

    2. Provide clerical and administrative support to the department, such as filing, data input and ad hoc projects

    3. Follow up with customer enquiries and repayment by telephone calls

Requirements:

    1. At least 1 year of experience in clerical / customer service

    2. Fresh graduates are welcome

    3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    4. Good team player with strong customer focus

    5. Responsible with positive attitude, independent, reliable, proactive and assertive
