Candidates Search & Shortlist
We provide the professional Search / Headhunt and shortlist candidates through database or advertisement to meet the specifications and job requirements. We also perform initial screening to the short listed candidates over the phone
Interviewing Candidates
We arrange meeting with the potential candidates, perform thorough screening, discuss the specifications of the job requirements and cultural fit, as well as understand their career objective, motivation and salary expectation during the meeting. Additionally, we review the suitability of candidates by providing advice on remuneration package and verification of candidates・ employment history
Preparation and Submission of Candidate・s Profile
We prepare candidate・s profile and submit candidate・s profile to clients via fax or email
Client Follow Up
We follow up and obtain feedback from clients regarding candidate・s profile and arrange interview when required. We also conduct job and client briefing session before candidate attending interviews
Negotiation and Confirmation
We assist the negotiation of remuneration package and discuss the :Term & Condition; with the candidate after receive the confirmation of placement from the client
On-going Follow Up
We maintain close communication with the client and candidates to provide any additional follow-up service required after placement
